☑️ Terms & Conditions – Professional Conduct

  • Zero Tolerance Policy: Any form of sexual misconduct, inappropriate advances, or harassment towards therapists or staff is strictly prohibited.
  • Respectful Environment: Guests are expected to maintain professional boundaries at all times during treatments and interactions.
  • Immediate Termination of Service: If a client engages in misconduct, the treatment will be stopped immediately without refund.
  • Right of Refusal: Management and therapists reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a guest’s behavior is deemed inappropriate.
  • Legal Action: Serious incidents may result in removal from the premises, permanent banning, and reporting to authorities.
  • Safety Priority: The wellbeing of staff and guests is paramount; any violation of these terms compromises that safety and will not be tolerated.

☑️ Vouchers are valid for three months from the date of purchase.

☑️ Use of the pool is reserved for clients with floating baskets only, unless other arrangements have been made with management.

☑️ NO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 16 FOR FLOATING BASKETS/ACCOMMODATION

☑️ Vouchers can be used at any time for treatments (not products).

☑️ Booking in advance is recommended.

☑️ The right of admission is reserved. Please note guests must be older than 16 years, unless previous arrangements have been made with spa management.

☑️ A 24 hour notice period is required for cancellation and rescheduling. Should cancellation/rescheduling not be made in time the full treatment fee will apply and the voucher will be redeemed.

☑️ Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment/s to allow time for you to change and fill in our consultation card.

☑️ We kindly request punctuality. Late Arrival will result in a reduction in treatment time whilst the full treatment fee will apply.

Note:

☑️ In Case of Errors: If there are any errors or discrepancies concerning the booking date, please notify us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
NB: The spa is not liable for any mix-ups or errors concerning the booking date.

☑️ Payment: Treatment should be paid in full 24 hours before the treatment date.

☑️ Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation 4+ days before: Refund minus 10% admin fee.
Cancellation within 4 days: Refund minus 30% admin fee.

Cancellation on the day: No refund.

☑️ Rescheduling Fee: A 20% fee will be charged if a client reschedules their appointment.

☑️ No-Show Policy: Not showing up on the day of the treatment will result in the forfeiture of the money paid.

☑️ Please note that no refunds will be issued for floating baskets.

☑️ Policy for floating baskets: The first rescheduling is free. After that, a 20% fee will be charged.

☑️ No-Show Policy: Not showing up at the agreed date and time will result in forfeiture of the payment made.

☑️ Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. You are liable to pay the updated price if payment is not made from the initial date of booking.

☑️ Bring Your Own: Towels and slippers are not provided, so remember to bring your own.

☑️ Cooler Boxes: Not allowed on the premises.

☑️ Note: Clients are not permitted to spend the entire day at the spa. This facility is intended for treatments, not for leisurely lounging.
☑️ Noise Level: Keep noise to a minimum out of respect for other guests. Non-compliant guests may be removed from the premises

☑️ All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Vouchers are valid for treatments at the current price.

☑️ Nouvelle Ere Beauty Spa and Boutique Guest House will not be held responsible for any theft, damage, loss or misfortune that may occur.

☑️ Enjoy your full body massage, Swedish, Hot stone, facials, foot soak, gel manicures, manicures and pedicures​.

Note:

☑️ Rescheduling: rescheduling 5 days before your booking will carry a 10% administration fee, which is payable when rescheduling.

☑️ Rescheduling 3 days before your booking will have a 25% rescheduling fee, which is payable when rescheduling.

☑️ Rescheduling within 3 days of your booking will result in a 100% forfeit of the full value of the booking.

☑️ Cancellations: cancellation of a booking and/or no show will result in a 100% forfeit of the full value of the booking.

☑️ Please note that no refunds will be issued.
